1. seller and scope
Seller: Alumineu Sp. z o.o., ul. Grzybowska 87, 00-844 Warszawa (Poland). Warehouse: ul. Wincentego Witosa 34, 05-819 Piastów. Contact: info@alumineu.de, +48 789 612 919. These terms apply to all quotes and sales through the Alumineu websites.
The offer is for businesses: stretch ceiling installers and distributors. If you buy as a consumer, the mandatory consumer rights of your country also apply.
2. catalogue and prices
The catalogue is an invitation to send a request, not a binding offer. Catalogue prices exclude VAT and are in the site currency. The final price, delivery cost and lead time are stated in the quote.
3. order and contract
You add products to the cart or contact us. A manager sends a quote with items, price and lead time. The contract is concluded when you confirm the quote in writing (including by email) or pay it.
4. payment
Payment according to the quote and invoice: prepayment, unless payment terms are agreed in writing. Invoices are issued under the applicable VAT rules.
5. delivery
Dispatch from the Piastów warehouse, as standard 1–3 business days after confirmation or payment, made-to-order items up to 7 business days. Transit times are indicative. Risk passes on handover to the carrier or on collection. Check the shipment on receipt and note any visible damage on the carrier's document.
6. returns
Returns within 14 calendar days of receipt: unused, in the original packing, return freight paid by the customer. Address: Alumineu Sp. z o.o., ul. Wincentego Witosa 34, 05-819 Piastów, marked "ZWROT". Items made or cut to order are excluded unless defective. Refund or exchange at the buyer's choice; refund within 14 days of receiving and checking the return, to the original payment method. For defective items the seller pays the shipping.
7. complaints and liability
Report a defect in writing, with photos and the order number, as soon as you discover it. We reply within 14 days and repair, replace or refund. For business customers our liability is limited, as far as the law allows, to the value of the goods delivered; indirect damage and lost profit are excluded.
8. personal data
How we process data is described in the privacy policy.
9. law and disputes
The contract is governed by Polish law. Disputes with business customers go to the court competent for the seller's registered office. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
10. changes
We may change these terms. An order is governed by the version in force when it was confirmed.
